Week Five/Six - Green Omelette


Farmer’s Market eggs, sauteed with Swiss Chard and broccoli. I also sauteed garlic and spring onions before adding everything else. Topped with cheese, this was a super yummy use of lots of green things and a wonderful way to get protein and nutrients in after my 10 mile run.
