Amazingly enough, I have never cooked a radish before. Radishes were always served raw in my family and cooking them always seemed foreign to me. NO LONGER. I discovered this amazing and simple recipe on Local Thyme and I believe I have discovered a new spring time side dish. Is it appropriate to lick the bowl? Even boyfriend went back to have a few more!
